The family law attorneys at the Timpa Law Office were raised in Rockwall, Texas. We are dedicated to serving the people of Rockwall because it is our home too.

Kim Williams Timpa, Founding Attorney

Kim Williams Timpa

Kim Williams Timpa is a lifelong resident of Rockwall, Texas, and graduate of Rockwall High School. Kim earned a business degree from Baylor University, and a juris doctorate degree from Baylor Law School in 1993. She has practiced Family Law in and around Rockwall County for over thirty years. As the North Texas area has grown, so has her law firm. Now, in addition to Family Law, the attorneys at Timpa Law Office also practice in various areas including: probate, wills/trusts, estate planning, real estate, and business matters.

Kim is deeply rooted in the Rockwall community and is a member of the Rockwall County Bar Association, a former board member and member of the Rockwall Chamber of Commerce, a life-long member and former trustee of the First United Methodist Church of Rockwall, a founding member of the Professional Women’s Alliance, a former board member of Rockwall County Helping Hands, a founding member of Rockwall Young Professionals, a founding member and former board member of the Rockwall Independent School District Education Foundation, a former board member of the Child Advocacy Center, and a former member of the Lone Star Chapter of National Charity League.

Kim’s father, the late Jimmy W. Williams, was superintendent of the Rockwall Independent School District, with a tenure spanning more than two decades. The J.W. Williams Middle School in Rockwall was named after Mr. Williams in honor of his many years of devoted service to the community. All of Kim’s children attended school in the Rockwall Independent School District and still reside in Rockwall with their families today.

Madison Stahl

Madison Stahl was born and raised in Longview, Texas and attended Longview High School. She graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts in both Public Relations and Corporate Communications in 2020 and went on to earn her J.D. from Baylor Law School in 2024. 

While at Baylor Law, Madison distinguished herself as a member of the Order of the Barristers, an honor recognizing her advancement to the Post-Break Rounds of the Faegre Drinker Moot Court Competition. She also was selected to spend a summer interning with UP Zambia, a non-profit in Lusaka, Zambia, where she discovered her passion for advocating for children's rights.   

Madison understands the emotional intensity and stress that accompany family law matters, as these cases revolve around the most precious aspects of her clients’ lives. Her top priority is to provide compassionate guidance and peace of mind to her clients while working to achieve their goals.

Caroline Chastant

Caroline Chastant was born in China and adopted at a young age. She attended Louisiana State University and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in Political Science.

 

She earned her Juris Doctor from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. While there, she served as an articles editor for SMU's International Law Review and participated in both on- and off-campus moot court competitions. She also completed a summer study abroad program in Oxford, England, which explored the country's legal history and traditions. 

 

Caroline focuses her practice on family law and estate planning matters. Driven by a deep commitment to her clients, she approaches every case with diligence, compassion, and a desire to achieve the best possible outcome. 

Attorney

Gabriella Sanchez

Gabriella Sanchez was born in San Antonio, Texas and grew up around the world as an Air Force brat. Gabriella attended The University of Texas at Austin and earned a Bachelor of Arts with majors in English and Government and a minor in History in 2021. She graduated with her Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2025. During law school, Gabriella served as a student chief of the Civil Clinic and worked as a clerk at several family law firms. While in law school, Gabriella was a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association and the National Native American Law Students Association.

Gabriella focuses her practice on family law matters and achieving the best possible results for her clients.
